Vilanova Park. One of Europe’s top Caravan and Camping Parks.

Barron’s are proud to have the opportunity of working with this premier Spanish Caravan Park, and are able to offer customers the first opportunity to purchase a quality caravan holiday home on the Park for their own exclusive use. The development which Barron’s are promoting is ideally located in a superior position on the Park. Selling mainly to British and Irish customers, this area has its own unique atmosphere.

The only caravan holiday home available to purchase on this particular development is the Sun Roller Ideal Weekend. We have chosen this high quality unit because it is designed specifically to offer maximum comfort in the local climate. Manufactured near Girona, it is also the right size for the pitch. The Catalonian regulations are quite specific about the ratio of unit footprint to the pitch size. The Park also wants a uniform look where possible.

Barron’s proposition includes the purchase of the holiday home and the rental of the pitch on Vilanova Park.

BARRON'S PITCH RENTAL PACKAGE

Annual Rental €4,352,76, plus 7% VAT (Total €4,657,45) for four named people for 10 months’ use a year, but specifically excluding the months of July and August. These months are when the Park is at its very busiest and the facilities are at full stretch.

Customers wishing to use their unit during July and August may do so, in addition to the 10 months’ rental period above, up to the maximum of 6 persons, but ALL occupants for these specific months will be charged 4.25 euros per adult and 2.13 euros per child plus the 7% VAT, per night. These charges are payable directly to the Park.

ADDITIONAL UNNAMED GUESTS/SUBLETTING TO UNNAMED INDIVIDUALS

The Park will permit additional unnamed guests and/or subletting of the unit, up to a maximum of six occupants. For this facility, there will be a charge of 4.25 euros per adult and 2.13 euros per child plus the 7% VAT each night the holiday home is used by unnamed individuals, up to the maximum of six occupants. These charges are payable directly to the Park.


There are some conditions and policies that Vilanova Park believe important.

Vilanova reserves the right to ask customers to renew their holiday home every 10 years. Barron’s will organize a part-exchange against the new caravan holiday home.

Gas appliances have to be checked by law every 5 years.

Only one car per pitch is allowed into the Park. This can be parked on the pitch if space allows, or on a specific car park. Please do not park on the roads, as it may impede the emergency services. Any extra cars must be parked sensibly in the car park provided at the Reception Area.

One pet is allowed per pitch, either a cat or dog. No dangerous animals are permitted. Reception has a list of dangerous breeds and species.

No extra fences or boxes or sheds are allowed. Before any landscaping or decorating is undertaken, permission must be obtained from the Management.

Rent is anticipated to increase in line with inflation and the cost of living every year. This is currently around 3 % .

The full list of rules and regulations on the Park is available from reception. In extreme cases the Park reserves the right to expel any individual, and/or involve the authorities. Security Staff are there for everyone’s protection and peace of mind.


OTHER COSTS INVOLVED

Insurance premium to cover €20,000 euros of personal effects is €252.10 euros per annum.

British Sky Satellite service is a variable cost depending on the service that you choose. Package installation costs start from £310.34, including the VAT. This includes the Sky dish , the digital box and viewing card for BBC channels and ITV only . No monthly payments subscribtion is required . We are able to recommend local companies to organise this installation.

The electric charge is €0.13 cents plus 16% VAT for each metered unit (KW/Hr) The meter is supplied by Vilanova and is included in the cost of the Holiday Home. Electric payments are to be settled with reception.

The de-salinated water supplied to your new holiday home is currently included in the rental price. The local plan is for a better quality water to be supplied to the general area. In the event of this happening the Park will have to upgrade the piping, and will install a meter to the pitch. You will be asked to pay for usage in line with the cost to the Park from the water utility company. There will be no surcharge.

Payment for the caravan and rent is payable to Barron Group Ltd, at our Darlington dealership.
